Helping With My Hands

Recently I had a great time volunteering with Rebuilding Together St. Louis. Rebuilding Together helps people in need update and repair their homes so that they can keep living in them and be safe. I spent all day painting, caulking, scraping, sanding, and working with professional contractors. I learned a lot about construction (it is really hard work!) and it felt great to know we were helping an elderly lady be able to keep living in her house.
