Making History

Recently I was so honored to receive the Community Service Award from my local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution! I was the youngest person ever to be nominated for and receive the award and I am very grateful to our friend Ms. Nichole Middleman for nominating me for the award and presenting it to me at the award banquet (which by the way had AMAZING food). I also got to see my friend Ms. Debbie who I have worked with before at the St. Louis Honor Flight, and my friend Maggie from preschool! And to top it off, I received a huge donation of care supplies to use for blessing bags. It was a wonderful morning and thank you so much to the Daughters of the American Revolution!
