A New City for AHH Blankets!

I have had the opportunity to take our blessing bags to Kansas City with me a few times when I have visited, but I was so happy this weekend to be there long enough to have the time to find and stop at a family and children's shelter to donate a big pile of blankets.

Thank you so much to City Union Mission Family Center for letting me give some of your shelter guests something warm to call their own. This was a meaningful visit because I was able to personally distribute some of the blankets and I hope the people there know that even after I leave, I always think about who is using or has been given one of the blankets and so it was really nice to meet them face to face.
