On Angels' Wings

A few weeks ago when I was in Mexico Missouri for the Miss Missouri's Outstanding Teen competition, I got to do my tradition of giving back to the community where I spend so much time in the summer! This year, I got to see Ms. Jody again, who runs Angels' Wings Clothing Closet, but I also got to visit their new location and it is AMAZING!!!

Ms. Jody collects supplies and every possible kind of clothes to have a place for kids in the foster care system to have a place to go to get what they need--backpacks, underwear, socks, coats, dresses, EVERYTHING. It is a converted gas station and they use the coolers for displaying shoes which I think is such a good idea and they use another one for a dressing room! I am amazed at what she has created and I just loved everything about her store. I was very happy to donate blessing bags that she can stock for kids to take, and to help her stock the back room where they keep things like blankets!
